We treasure poetry in our homeschool. The words and emotions that a poem conveys feel so precious to our hearts and like a balm to our souls.

In my daughter’s words, “Poems are little pieces of writing that let us see the world through another person’s eyes”. My son loves poems because they are funny and happy! He loves reading the poems he wrote, over and over.

To me, poetry is beauty in verse.

Whenever inspiration strikes, my kids and I pen down a poem or two. And in this space, we would just like to share them with you :)
